Refund Policy

At iResendly, we are committed to providing high-quality email marketing services. Payments for our services are processed by Paddle, which is our payment processor and the Merchant of Record for purchases made through Paddle checkout. You are entitled to a minimum fourteen (14) day refund right on eligible purchases, with no exceptions to that 14-day window. By subscribing, you agree to this Refund Policy and to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

1. Payment Processor — Paddle

01.

1.1 Paddle as payment processor and Merchant of Record. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com Market Limited (and, where applicable, its affiliates) (collectively, "Paddle"). Paddle is listed as a payment processor on this Refund Policy and is the Merchant of Record for all purchases of iResendly subscriptions completed through Paddle checkout. Paddle is the seller of record for your order, processes your payment, issues invoices and receipts, collects applicable taxes, and handles payment-related customer service and refunds for those transactions.

02.

1.2 Payment data. Your payment data is handled in accordance with Paddle's privacy and security practices. We do not store your full card details. See Paddle's Privacy Policy.

2. Fourteen (14) Day Refund Right — No Exceptions

01.

2.1 Minimum 14-day refund policy. For any purchase processed by Paddle, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of the transaction date (or, for a subscription renewal, within fourteen (14) days of the renewal charge date). This is a minimum 14-day refund policy with no exceptions: we do not impose additional conditions, exclusions, or exceptions that reduce or remove your right to request a refund during this 14-day period.

02.

2.2 How refunds are issued. Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record and seller of your purchase, refunds for Paddle transactions are processed by Paddle (not paid directly by iResendly to your card). Approved refunds are typically returned to the original payment method.

03.

2.3 After the 14-day period. After the 14-day window expires, refunds are not guaranteed. You may still cancel your subscription at any time to stop future charges (see Section 4). Paddle may also issue refunds outside the 14-day window where required by law or at Paddle's discretion under Paddle's Refund Policy.

3. How to Request a Refund

01.

3.1 Contact Paddle. To request a refund for a Paddle purchase, contact Paddle using the support options on your Paddle receipt or invoice, or via Paddle's buyer support. Include your order or receipt details so Paddle can locate the transaction.

02.

3.2 Contact iResendly. You may also email support@iresendly.com and we will help coordinate with Paddle. Final processing of Paddle checkout refunds is handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record.

4. Cancellation

01.

4.1 Cancel anytime. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings, via the Paddle customer portal / management links provided after purchase, or by contacting support@iresendly.com. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. If you cancel after the 14-day refund window has expired, you generally retain access until the end of the paid period already charged, unless a refund has been approved.

5. Chargebacks

01.

5.1 Disputes. If you have a billing concern, please request a refund or contact support before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of your account. We and/or Paddle reserve the right to respond to chargebacks with evidence of purchase and service delivery.
